It's not the cheapest but I think it is one of the best.

I had hosting-ie VPS which isnt bad and now I have dedibox which is very very nice
both cost me allmost the same price but the dedibox is much better than the hosting
still...
both from my experience are good servers and both you get unlimited BW
and... those to companies match for your pocket

If you can afford mid-range, are planning on having one longer than 3 months, then the 581 from Hosting.ie fits the bill perfectly, so much so I had a 500GB hard disk added and now seed shit for months
