Using Computer While Defragging

Wednesday is my maintenance day.
Do Spybot, Ad-Aware (if SB found anything, cache/temp/unnecessary file dump, registry repair, full system virus scan,
disc check, then defrag.

I leave it alone while it does that. I usually go out for a while or something....do laundry....stand around in the
garage....etc.

I just don't think it's helpful to be using files your defrag program may be trying to move elsewhere.

i check with adaware/spybot at least once a day

having tracking cookie's for a week is a little dangerous, surely?

Uh, how do i schedule the XP to auto run spybot, adaware, disk cleanup and antivirus full scan then defrag then auto shutdown?
