Indeed, those are higher end items, not Asus's top motherboard, but its with the newer Chipsets.
it was around $340 if i remeber correct so it is a good deal i guess

If im not mistaken you can get a top of the line 800Mhz board for like 140, and the 2.4Ghz with 800Mhz side bus for under 200, but I would have to check.
