Id3 Renamer

I was using ID3man, and well, it is very buggy. I cannot use the batch mode and most of the time, i get an error about the program not connecting to the "server".


I was wondering, is there any programs out there that are like ID3man, that search a database. It would also be nice to find a program that does that, and it was free.

Please, anything would be nice.

Mp3tag is nice. I think it is capable of connecting to freedb too. I never use online databases because when I do I always get pissed when I go to play Vlaimir Horowitz and I hear like Chingy or something stupid like that. It never names the songs correctly...

dbPoweramp music converter is anothr nice program...u need to d/load the power pack from the authors website though..this is wot allows u to change the tags..unfortunately its 30 day shareware but im sure there is a cracked version avalible somwhere in this forum...i just cant remember where i got mine from ...sorry

I use Musicmatch Jukebox and it's working well. Can handle ID3V1 and ID3V2. Rename files from the tag, edit the tag from filename. Lookup Tags from a database but the best is that you can edit all files simultaneously.

Tag and Rename !
Its pretty easy, getting Tags for full albums
from the net. You can Tag Single files but then again,
im getting my music on full albums.
