Thought the lounge was the best place for this.
I remember a while back you said something about you building PC's, and as you stay within about 40 miles of me, i was wondering if you could give me the spec of the best PC you could build for me with a budget of £400 (don't need monitor, keyboard, mouse or speakers), that's including whatever you take for yourself for the building of it etc.
It wouldn't need to be a flying machine with all the bells and whistles. £400 is about as far as i could stretch, as i'm going into 3rd year at uni, and i currently have about £3000 of debts (NOT including my student loan )
I was going to build my own, but i don't have the time to source the best value parts because i have resits soon, then back to uni in October, and i figure you already have an idea of where to get stuff at a reasonable price. (i know you'll be busy starting uni soon too)
Even if you could suggest parts that are a decent compromise between price/performance, and maybe where to get them, i could build the bad boy myself.
