Open invite thread for private

I see people making request's for sites that have 0 invites or only staff. I know the Rank thread is accurate but some lev 3 have no invites and people req it, basically would cut down spam. I do not trade nor claim any high rank to do so. Is that possible ? Trading is lame to me, not hating on trader's but some giveaway's are pointless cause of closed invites-max user's ect. I have no rep cause i never did a giveaway but things are not clear which are accepted,if i even had invites anywhere (which i do not)
