I lived in Japan for a year, the Japanese had a great show Called Genki TV, that's the short name for it, actually called; 'Tensai takeshi no genki ga deru terebi!' that ran from 85-96

There's one Genki TV episode I saw when I lived in Japan.

People would stand outside Elevator doors waiting for it to open, and when it did, some guy was down on all fours, dressed in like leather, and whips, and then some guy sitting on his back in leather whipping him, it was one of the funniest I'd seen, I'll never forget it. I wish I could find this clip online.

Looks like Genki TV has no clips anywhere on the Net, only this mob chasing after people.
