    have a antec performance p182 case with standard fans would like to replace with these http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/s...NEX-S12CMF#top

    would it be a straight swap and is it a difficult job? have a gb p35-ds3r mobo should i or can i connect directly to this?

    Yes, it's a straight swap and shouldn't be difficult.
    I'd connect directly to the power supply via the supplied Molex connector.

    Just disconnect, unscrew, and replace

    The Nexus 120mm Real Silent case fan is equipped with a double sided 4-pin power connector and a 3-pin motherboard connector. This allows you to connect the case fan directly to the power supply or to the motherboard.
    Either or, make sure you don't use both
