Some do like me for example as a comparison is what usually occurs and it saves saying your specs everytime it may be needed which includes talking about games (will it run?), making a post with suggestions also answers (so, whats your specs?), or pc problems or even general pc talk. Plus it's a chance for some to show off.
So, in actual fact I see it far more usefull then your sig so plz don't complain.
