I can ping dvdquorum but cannot log in to the website or tracker.

I've found that the 3 different ip addresses I have used to access those sites are banned, even though I still have a number of torrents seeding to the tracker there.

My ratio is good.

Does anyone know an email address I can use to find out why my ip addresses are banned?
