that's the point. i want users who use the trackers, not who colect them

I got your point,but it is unfair for guys who really use the trackers they join,but are not members over some decent time so they can rich the limit you have set

yes, but there are also a lot of bad guys. so why should I risk my acc or tracker? i'm very sorry for the good and noob guys, but they can find a lot of other good sites and more accessibles for the start. and btw...i saw many "tti ga" where they just must ask
