    Which linux clients does bitmetv allow? I know they banned rtorrent recently and that's what i've been using. Trying to let a friend buffer his acct there

    their client faq says these are allowed and run on linux:
    Azureus 3.0.4.2 & 2.5.0.4
    rTorrent/libtorrent Newest Stable

    so it lookse like the newest rTorrent should work for ya...

    You could also use Transmission.
