you probably have your invite privileges disabled. It could be either you/your inviter/someone else higher up in the invite chain screwed up and got banned/invite priviledges disabled.

Just out of interest,

do bitmetv invites get given to users on a set day of each month and if so what date is it?

You should check if you have any banned invitees.
If you do, then that's probably the reason why you aren't receiving invites.

Don't post a topic in their forums about that. Ask the staff privately through PM.
Don't PM to tequilavip, choose another staff member.
