Try using an SSH program like putty and connecting to your server on port 22 with the account login details provided

port 22 is the secure ftp port, this will not work, connect via PuTTY using the defaults and you will be able to log in to the server on a commandline.

There is a walkthrough for this process on the old leeware servers the difference being that the package manager on Fedora is YUM (yellowdog update manager ) where as Ubuntu uses APT (advanced package tool) so the commands in the walk through that say 'yum install' substitute for 'apt-get install' but basically the rest is similar.

One extra step though, the xorg server (X11 graphical shell) may not have been installed when the distro was loaded onto your server, to make sure an extra step is to apt-get install xorg this will install all of the components for the xorg server which is what you need to be able to run a vnc session and have utorrent running in a wine container in a graphical shell.
If you are unsure about the instructions or what I have written here post back in this thread or pm me.
