That happened to me the first time that I was invited to Pisexy. I did not used my account in the first two days, and the third day the account was pruned. I went to their irc channel, but there was no way to get back my account. Only through another invite.
That's the only place I have seen that. So, if you get pisexy you need to use the account right away.
