Not, of course not. I had really trouble on seeding sometimes but with effort i always maintained a good ratio on my trackers. Now, i have a seedbox and seeding is easier

it means that you tell the tracker you are uploading with 200kbps but you arent uploading anything e.g.
or you dont tell the tracker that you download anything..
