Also his voice (at least to me) worlds better than Dylan. Much more mellow and melodic.

Without hesitation. I can't say I don't appreciate Bob Dylan's place in the music world though.

He got such good songs. I like his way of singing and combining other instruments in his songs.

This is a bit apples v. oranges, isn't it?
Dylan is primarily a writer, the music merely a vehicle for the words.
Clapton is a consumate musician who sometimes writes great words.

Since they don't stand on common ground I don't see how they can be compared.
