Now its time to become president of your sobriety.
The best way to keep a secret:- Tell everyone not to tell anyone.
Toast with honey on it the day after helps. The night before if you throw up before going to bed drink a beer you'll feel better.

You have a headache because you are dehydrated, so drink plenty of water (it's not too late)
You feel lousy because you have low blood sugar, so eat something like bread and jam (toast & honey is good too(.
If that doesn't work there's only one solution...

Flat Cola or similar. It replaces the fluid in your body and several minerals and salts which you are low on.
If it's still fizzy however it makes you feel sick.
A source of vitamin C, something like Ribena is good. Or better still Fresh Orange, diluted with loads of mineral water is ideal if you have it. Say 1 part OJ to 3 parts water.
Main thing loads of fluids.
