Nope, definitely no. I download from every tracker I am member of, not for keeping the accounts alive, but for the stuff I like to have.

For example: hdbits.org is way better than hd-bits.ro, but hd-bits.ro has stuff you won't find at hdbits.org. I don't think having both makes you a collector.
