this is a very good point JP...I feel that if it is crap, then it should be deleted. If it requires moving, then move it (and dont leave a link) to the correct section. if it needs locking, lock it, but if its crap, then delete it

of course, it can be argued that a lot of the regular content of the lounge is iteslf crap
this may confuse some, therefore, we need a crap czar for the lounge...
