utorrent problems

hi i am having trouble with my utorrent i cannot seem to get it set up with the green mark mine usually stays yellow for a while and then goes red i have just bought a belkin f5d5730au modem which works fine i have tried everything in portforward.com with no success i think it might be a setting problen within utorrent does anyone know of a tutorial that covers everything to do with setting up utorrent i cant find one in the tuts and guides section also if this is in the wrong section please let me know and i will move it straight away.
