Try elite-team. Often open for sign up. 120 000 users and AS GOOD AS Snowtigers.
You can also try itoma

Snowtigers doesnt often open. Try to enter using check4change (addon for firefox) and be quick. Good luck

Actually i'm not french (you can see it if you watch my country/flag) but I learn french, and my girlfriend studies in french faculty in the uni, so she is mad about everything what is french.

If it's not for you, do as Matthieu told you. Go for Elite-Team (much easier to get in) and/or QuebecTorrents, usually open for sign-ups.

You will find plenty of french stuff out there!
