I've seen the 3 episodes that have aired so far, /me likes the serie , but we all know he won't find the girl until the very last episode of the show

I believe that John Amsterdam is a very charming person and I always have to fight back a smile when he openly, jokingly talks about his vast experiences of his life in previous centuries. What I like most about the story is that it's not always about his becoming mortal, even though he's clearly been obsessed with this monumental choice in his life. The flashbacks into an earlier life are a nice touch too.

The ratings (at least of the third episode) have been below 10 mio and I wonder if that will be a) keeping up and b) enough for a renewal. The first season of the show with only 8 episodes is clearly way too short!

im going to start watching this when I have more time, it was recommended last night by a friend. He said the first 2 eps werent great, but it is getting good!
