I have Cable and average between 9 to 16 (I use BT++)

i have a 600kbs connection thats about 75kb down and i max it out

Of course depends on peers but I can easily get it up to 300 KB/s with a few downloads. I love my cable ISP.

I really only download the new files that are still rare with a low amount of seeds but I average around 20 - 30 kbs

Started off great last week with 70k download and uploading at around 30k.

But this week on old and new files getting max 35k down and upload 30k. Normaly the upload is going faster then the download

well... i just switched from BT++ to Burst, and my speeds have risen to 40+ kb/s
