Indeed. I'm using 3.0.5.0, and it's allowed everywhere.
It's often the only allowed version also. Except for 2.5.0.4 in some cases.

I just switched to thew newest version of Azureus, because it was banned at a tracker I'm a member of, it's allowed on all the trackers I belong to except for one, which is THC, I have to use uTorrent for that one, but hopefully that'll change in the future.

more and more trackers ban this version (sct for example).

you can simply turn off vuze in all newer versions. also 3.0.5.0 doesn't use more memory or cpu and you won't see any changes in the ui compared to 2.5.0.4.

the newer versions have many new features and a lot of bugfixes.

if your trackers still allow the old version - fine.

though i can see no reason not to upgrade.

p.s. i can confirm that the latest version is allowed on all my sites as well.
