So I have had xbox 360 for only about three months and I have been playing live over a router from my computer. that way I don't need to switch my modem back and forth.
anyway I have windows XP SP2 and I really want to play video from my computer on my tv threw the 360.
my question is, whats the next step to be able to do this. is there any web site that can explain?
I did here about the Xbox 360 Wireless Network Adapter, would that work?
I guess I need a push in the right direction

    Thanks

edit: just got it to work I still would like some forums that are spacificly about this topic,
    Thanks

It won't play MKV. Doesn't support it.
What I do is just use windows movie maker to convert it to wmv-hd.
In my version (on vista) I click import-> browse to my mkv file -> drag it to the timeline -> click file -> publish -> choose to convert to 'wmv hd for xbox 360'.
