i know that some sites require you to pay to download content but i'm looking for a torrent site who could provide the same stuff

It was open signups before they had all the problems and closed.
I'm assuming once everything is working smoothly, they'll open signups back up or do an invite system. I'm sure there's a lot of account pruning to be done.

No, it's an old site. They had some problems with their ISP and they had to shut down for a while and switch everything over. But they've come back and they still have all the user info. They lost the torrents though, so they're not as spectacular as before.. yet.
I would imagine, sometime soon they're gonna prune accounts, and I'm guessing a lot will be gone since a handful of people probably will never realize the site is even back.
