Spray it with deodorant until it falls out of the air then squash it.

roll up a magazine or something similar and chase it, hours of fun (depending on if you hit it) AND great exercise

As long as I've got a face
You've got a place to sit

i used to used a fishing rod when they fly around the light bulb wave the fishing in a demented fashion until said fly is dead....very efficient but has a drawback.you only ever find one half of the fly until you lay down (btw dont use beach rod or boat rod to big and bulky )
^^^^^^just thought would this be fly fishing???

    Chase it!
That's the thrill of the hunt.
No fun if it's to easy.
Hairspray is better if you happen to have some.

There's another way, but it only works at night. ie. when it's dark.

Turn out the lights in your bedroom, then turn a light on in your hall way..

Now, leave your door open and watch, as the disease spreading little shite wings it out of your door. All insects fly toward light.....

This works brilliantly for mossies, midgies, or any other bug that is too small to swat, but big enough to make a fecking irritating noise.
