yeah they have it posted on vcd quality also and it is on irc

i'm new to this so does anyone know how to get ctpt-3.bin off verifieddownloads.com-to vcd?

Use VCDGear To Extract Them From The .Cue www.vcdgear.com

what i usually do is burn the .bin file to cd with cdrwin then you have a working vcd
if you want the mpg on your hard drive open the cd in the mpegav folder copy the .dat file to your hd then rename its file extention to .mpg

or use isobuster to open the .bin file and let you look at whats on the image you can then go to the mpegav folder and drag and drop the .dat file to another folder on your computer then rename the file extention to .mpg
