i tryed with windows media player and avi preview but it wont let me watch the movie is there ne player that will?

it played but no video or sound it just showed the time moving along and i have the k0lite codec pack installed

all i do is copy it to another folder.
cange the .dat to .avi
it then become a windows media player icon
double click on it
if it a sound file it works
movie file it works
this tends to work about 60 - 70 % of the time
it not the best percentage but it better than nothing.
after you viewed it you can just delete it and wait for the full file to download, or if it is the full file, just replace the .dat one with it.

use avi preview its easier
if your using the latest version of kazaalite 2.4.1 its in the tools menu just use it like a mediaplayer

tryed that it gives me the format error and i tryed doing wat gaz said but it didnt work i think the only way is to encode it to mpeg but who cares ill just burn it and watch it on my dvd player and if i dont like it i will sell it thx for all ur guys' help
