well everithing I know is just my speculation or I hear it somewhere ...
hexagon have invite code system (probably no email, just givnin code to the person who you want invitee), hexagon have users who want to stay annonymous and NOBODY give you a invite ... I read somewhere that hexagon is tracker for P2P groups like axxo and many others, so If you want invite, start doin releases and make new friends from other groups, and probably you recieve invite ...
