Almost all burning programs have the option to make cd images. You can use Nero, Alcohol 120%, CloneCD 4. Tell us what software you use and it'll make it easier for us to respond.

OK, I dont know how to make an ISO with Nero. Download WinISO off Kazaa Lite, and use that. With WinISO, you can make/convert CD images.

    What OS are you running??

With WinIso, make sure you select the file button and not the ASPI which is set by default. If you select the Action tab at the top, then 'Make ISO from CDROM' you will be presented with the screen that I am talking about. Also if you select a different folder or change the name of the iso [default is : C:\Program Files\WinISO53\MYISO.ISO] make sure you end the new name with .ISO; example: X.ISO where X is the name of the CD.

Alcohol 120% is also a very good application.

    Hope this helps,
    Steve
