How will the RIAA know that the songs a person has on their puter aren't from that person's own cd collection?

Ummm..Hogster..if that is your REAL name...how will the RIAA know that I'm sharing my files??? on winmx the files are shared out of your 'my music' folder..which would be a good place to keep your own personal cd collection of songs. And as for putting your own cd's on your puter..last I checked, it was still legal. Have a nice day sweetheart!
