How do I get Alt.Binz to pause an NZB on import.

I want every file in the queue to be imported as paused - the nfo, the Pars, the RARs, everything.

I have my settings with all the "Import as paused" boxes checked but the RARs still aren't paused when imported. The nfo is paused as well as the Pars, but all the RAR files immediately begin downloading.

How can I set every file in every imported NZB to "Paused" as the default?

Do you have Setup>NZB>Import as Paused on Double Click checked?

Huh, I am stumped. I looked over all settings and cannot find anything else that would pause them on import.

    Me too.

I even started a thread at the Alt.Binz forum where the mod and admin were being less than helpful and locked the topic.

Ya they are not very helpfull at all, and kinda rude to boot. Funny realy, considering they wanna try to entice you into becoming a contributor/donator with attitudes like that.

All things considered though have you tried re-installing altbinz or removing the stand alone folder and/or all Application Data, then trying it again?

Well, I found a workaround by unchecking the "Autoconnect on Startup" option.

The files aren't paused, but they aren't downloading either, so that works just as well - maybe even better now, since I only have to click one button to start any queued groups.

Pausing (or disconnecting) and manually renaming the folders wouldn't be necessary if the .nzb files were properly named. I was looking forward to that feature very much because a possible implementation had already been discussed some weeks ago but it looks like it's been forgotten
