If you want a great provider take OVH. Pay 40-60euro and you have 100mbit, 1-2gb
    ram,750gb hd and unlimit.

You will leech with top speed. On my seedbox I have sometmes 12-13mb/s up

Limited Bandwidth on their less expensive servers, be very careful about going over, it is very costly and Up & down torrenting & FTP all counts.

But if you can afford one of their better servers, then you will not regret it.
Yes Sir, I'm Right On It!!

I'm thinking of getting a leaseweb seedbox too. Would this package be a good one?

GBit plan on OVH is real. You should get around 10-20mb/s on each torrent, depending on the swarm. Splitting the deal with 2-4 people is a good idea..
Leaseweb are good providers, but their limited bandwidth isnt the greatest deal. If you want another unlimited seedbox, try hosting-ie. However, their customer support and setup time aint the greatest.

    39 Euros/month?

Why not just pay for your content legitimately?

Adversely, you could pay for an unlimited news server for like 4-5 months.
