FeelTorrents is a brand new non-ratio tracker powered by Tbdev. The tracker is from Romania, but you can easly surf the tracker and post on the forum and at the moment FT has aproximativ 140 torrents and 100 users. FT uploads only scene torrents but, some of them are with no group release or they are made by FT internal groups and the speeds are very good.
