Guess it just depends on what you plan on doing with the box. If you are just gonna be downloading and seeding to build buffers, then rtorrent ftw as it uses less resource and don't need to install vnc and wine, but if you are going to be uploading to other sites as well then utorrent will be easier to use. It also depends on your level of knowledge of linux, and on that part only you know the answer.
I wonder if everyone posting here uses linux. 0-o

Well if you use utorrent because of the WebUI, theres a few WebUI's for rTorrent
