Make own scene release?

Is it possible for anyone to make their own scene release say if you have T.V episodes that you want to upload. Would you have to have access to the scene to upload something like this? Or can you just create your own nfo and put your name on it?

Can someone explain to me what has to be done?

what scene? Direct downloads (usenet/ftp servers) or p2p noobland

just upload to usenet make a simple nfo n be happy

If something is a 'scene' release that means it's something that came from one of the established releaser groups. These groups make an effort for, and take pride in, the quality of their releases.

You can not just wake up one day and decide that you're going to put up some releases of TV rips and expect them to be excepted by the scene.

Of course you can.
Make a proper rip(best quality u can make) , chose your name make an nfo and upload it to a any tracker you want even if it is public and if it is good and rare you will see your release uploaded in many other sites.
But it will be a personal release not a scene one.
