Metal Gear Solid 2 Freezes

It freezes when I go down to level B2 of shell 2. It's where I have to go to get the Nikita missiles to save the president. I get to B2 but the doors never open.

u probably have to skip that level then
When my games do that, i try to skip a little bit so that i dont have to face that error again

problably your cd has a scratch on it, try cleanng it out
