You're alright, I think they extended opening hours depending on where you'll be.

depends on the licence the bar/club/pub owner has, ordinary pubs are 11:30-ISH.
some clubs and bars can have up to 3:30-6AM-ISH.
raves and festivals can have all nighters or 6-7AM-ERS.
