Well, firstly you find a provider for dedicated servers or a VPS, I'll assume your getting a dedicated server.
So you find a provider, goods ones would be OVH and Leaseweb while Vectoral is just okay.
So your order your server, pay them and in time really varies from less than an hour to a few days you'll get your login details depending whether you ordered a Linux server or a Windows server.
Then you just login to the server, and install your torrent client and start torrenting
Of course, theres tons of stuff you might wanna do before or after that

anyone now cheap dedicated server in japan or korea and allow seedbox???
because as you know, japan is the cheapest internet in the world...

Well servers in Japan are actually pretty expensive, and I heard Japan has been paying much more attention towards piracy recently so anything of the sort is usually not allowed...
Also, if you live in Korea or Japan, why would you need a seedbox

Yeah... I think there are a lot cheap dedicated server in korea, and korea not paying attention toward piracy, because there are a lot scene group such as ental moohan an other...

And I want to ask, is ovh allow seedbox (for video) in their server, because from what i read, if you want to host video, you must get their VIP service.

In order to guarantee the quality of OVH services, some uses are subject to special conditions.
That's why it is prohibited to make mass hosting with the following contents:

• Video
• Streaming
• mirrors content

To be able to use your server within these frameworks while benefiting from quality of service, you must subscribe to the VIP service.
