i know that is invite are 20e, it is ok. Ppl make a mistake, but i don't have a money, so i must be stupid to ask that invite, but i only need this tracker and nothing else

There is NO limit, The more $$ U DONATE, the "Better" the Deal is, that is what Itachi is referring to. OR the other option is buying the Upload buffers, when U click on the Donate button, just pull down the Pull Down menu and U will see, what I mean.

Once U have the invite, getting into SCT is another, it seems "full" all the time.

SCT is far from full, there are still over 1000 open slots, and has been like that for months.
