Guys, do bitme, elbitz and thegeeks open for signup? If they do, how often?

BitMe never does. Elbitz has shown up in this thread a few times. TheGeeks started with open signups and I think I've seen them reopen once or twice ever since, but you can effectively consider them closed too.
