do they ban you because of ur low ratio; if so, what is the minimum acceptable ratio?

in the faq says that you need to have a ratio bigger than 0.30

Usually is very easy to seed on Zamunda. How do you have such low ratio?
The have happy hours from monday to friday between 12:00 and 17:00 (server time), try downloading only at that time to boost your ratio.
