TorrentBytes[8] I think it is a "level two" and has open sign ups regularly. Lots of great packs all are freeleech.

Their sign up process is a bitch though. make sure you open tabs for the rules and faq (dont just click the box saying you read them). And the Capcha is a bitch....but its worth it once you get it.

ScT has some amazing packs. There are ±30.000 invites floating around, so you should be able to find one

Mate ScT isnt exactly easy to get into, and he clearly said level 4 is his max.

Now about xVid movie packs - check out the usual 0-day trackers - TL, RevTT, TTi and SCC. None of them are particularly high level and easy to seed on.
