I named 12 songs by 12 different bands and you need to decide which of the songs is the best in the list. It doesn't have to be your favorite song, and pick by song and not by band.

Also, votes are public so people can get to know you better by your choice. Sound good? I've made the options broad enough that if you hate every song in the list it's pretty safe to say that you have no taste in rock music, or in any genres remotely close to it

i had a feeling stairway to heaven would come out most popular when i included it... for me though it just can't compare to free bird. free bird is so much more fun to play with the slide guitar, the solo is insanely better imo, and with the lyrics it's just a perfect song

i'm not too big of a fan of stairway to heaven or really any led zeppelin though, so I'm obviously biased

so far those songs are still tied!

Lots of great Rock tracks are missing but I voted for Nothing Else Matters. Which is timeless classic from their Black Album.

It would be interesting if you knew more about the people posting their top song.
I think that it would split pretty distinctly down generational and to a lesser degree geographic lines(Probably educational and economic too).
You"d be surprised how a simple question can reveal about a person.
