Please don't I spend enough time chasing up H&Rers as it is. You may have an overall ratio that's healthy which is important but at least leave it for a few days. If everyone jumps off the torrent straight away the speed of the swarm suffers, the torrent dies sooner and the uploader is forced to keep seeding when they could be uploading a new torrent.

I don't think that anyone who deliberately looks for a tracker that allows hit and run belongs in private trackers. This is after all one of the main differences between public and private trackers.
