Well BCG is obviously a go-and-get tracker, if u want a game jst go-and-get it.
Anyway I hope u grow too. U have to be patient, remember that not anything is gonna come to ur way... sometimes u have to make the right decisions, and I recommend u choose accurately ur staff, a good and useful staff (including ULers) is all a good site needs (from my point of view) to grow rapidly.
