how to set Rss Autodownloader for utorrent

i just need to know how to set Rss Autodownloader for utorrent as i dont and need some pics shows how ,
and what trackers that have Rss autodownloader

Here's a tutorial from the utorrent site.
It's pretty easy you just have make sure the filter is set correctly,

As for trackers I know that ScT,BitMeTV,SCC and What have it.
Just look for the little blue rss symbol or check the forums for anything else.

Whats the problem?
Just write in the things you dont want in the "not" field like this: "*internal*|*Season*|*720*|*1080*" (without the ")

Thats just an example how i had my µtorrent RSS setup and it worked.
