Looking For Direction...

Hello,
I have something like 1000 pictures on my PC. I would like to burn them on a CD and that I can view them on DVD.
I want to create A menu, like in a real DVD.
I would like to split all my pictures into categories, and that ill be able from my remote control to select one of those categories, like a real dvd, in bounus meterials or something like that.

Im realy new to all of this, but could someone tell me of a site, with a forum, that specialized in this kind of stuuf?????

i would use a search engene/google.com is good run search with something like
"burning pics forum" or "vcd/dvd forum" (even though you want info on burning pics)
you might be suprised what you could find.
